Principal Consultant
Richard is a former Audit Partner and Registered Company Auditor with over twenty years' experience in audit and corporate services. He has provided significant audit and corporate advisory services to a broad range of ASX-listed and large proprietary companies, together with professional advice on assurance and financial reporting matters.
Richard specialises in financial reporting and disclosure, audit and assurance, corporate advisory and independent expert reports, prospectuses and independent accountant reports, and business and financial services. His deep expertise in financial governance and reporting rigour underpins Mont Royale's ability to deliver compliance-ready work across all of the firm's advisory engagements.
Jason Crusan
Principal — Strategy and Commercial Advisory
Jason Crusan is a global innovation and commercialisation executive who advises governments, corporates, and investors on building new industry capabilities and bringing advanced technologies to market. He brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience, including Director of Advanced Exploration Systems at NASA and Vice President roles at Woodside Energy, where he led major commercialisation and new energy programs and oversaw significant strategic investments.
Jason supports venture formation, capital strategy, commercialisation, and public-private partnerships, with particular depth in due diligence and the commercial structuring of innovation-led projects. He brings strong expertise in growth strategy, governance, commercial structuring, and investment advisory.
